Team Members

Collaborate with your team on your Trust Center.

Inviting team members

Invite teammates from Dashboard → Settings → Team. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join your organization.

Invited team members will create a Trusteo account (or sign in with an existing one) and automatically join your organization.

Team member limits

The number of team members depends on your plan:

What team members can do

All team members in your organization can:

  • Edit the Trust Center using the builder
  • Upload and manage documents
  • Approve or reject access requests
  • View analytics (Pro plan)
  • Preview and publish changes

Removing team members

To remove a team member, go to Dashboard → Settings → Team and click the remove button next to their name. They will immediately lose access to your organization and Trust Center.
