What is a Trust Center?

A Trust Center is a public-facing page where your company shares its security posture, compliance certifications, and documents with prospects and customers. Instead of emailing SOC 2 reports back and forth, you give people a single link where they can access everything.

Who is Trusteo for?

Trusteo is built for B2B companies — especially startups and growing businesses — that need to share security and compliance information with prospects during the sales process. If you're tired of manually sending documents over email, Trusteo is for you.

How long does it take to set up?

Most teams have their Trust Center live in under 5 minutes. Sign up, upload a few documents, customize the builder, and publish. See our Getting Started guide.

Can I try Trusteo before paying?

Yes! The Free plan lets you create a fully functional Trust Center with up to 5 documents. No credit card required. Upgrade to Pro anytime when you need more.

Technical

What file formats can I upload?

You can upload PDFs and other common document formats. PDFs are recommended for compliance documents as they maintain formatting across devices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Trusteo uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your documents are stored in Supabase Storage with secure access controls. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with industry-standard security practices.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Set up a CNAME record pointing to Trusteo and SSL is provisioned automatically. See Custom Domain.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your Trust Center and documents remain accessible on the Free plan. Pro-only features (NDA gating, analytics, custom domain) become unavailable, but nothing is deleted. You can re-upgrade anytime to restore Pro features.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment processor, PayPro Global.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. See Billing & Plans.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time from your billing settings. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
