Getting Started

Create your first Trust Center in under 5 minutes.

1. Create your account

Head to trusteo.co/signup and create an account with your email, or sign up instantly with Google or GitHub.

2. Set up your organization

After signing up, you'll go through a quick setup wizard. Enter your company name and choose a slug for your Trust Center URL (e.g. yourcompany.trusteo.co).

3. Upload your documents

Navigate to Dashboard → Documents and upload your compliance documents. Trusteo supports PDFs and common document formats. For each document, you can:

  • Add a title and description
  • Assign a category (e.g. Compliance, Security, Legal)
  • Set the access level — Public, Email-gated, or NDA-gated
  • Optionally require manual approval before downloads

4. Customize your Trust Center

Open the Trust Center Builder from the dashboard. Here you can:

  • Choose between Classic (single scrolling page) and Modern (tabbed interface) layouts
  • Add compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
  • Configure security posture cards
  • Add subprocessors, risk profile, and “Trusted By” partner logos
  • Drag and drop sections to reorder them
  • Hide sections you don't need yet

5. Preview and publish

Use the Preview button to see exactly what visitors will see. When you're happy with the result, click “Update Live Site” to publish your changes.

Your Trust Center is now live! Share the link with prospects, embed it in your sales deck, or add it to your website.

6. Share your Trust Center

Your Trust Center is accessible at:

  • yourcompany.trusteo.co (subdomain)
  • trusteo.co/yourcompany (slug path)
  • Your own custom domain (Pro plan — see Custom Domain)
