Upgrading to Pro

To upgrade, go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click “Upgrade to Pro.” You'll be taken to our secure payment page powered by PayPro Global, which accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

After payment, your account is upgraded immediately. All Pro features become available right away — including NDA gating, analytics, custom domain, and increased limits.

Managing your subscription

View your subscription details in Dashboard → Settings → Billing, including:

  • Current plan and next billing date
  • Subscription status
  • Link to manage your subscription with PayPro Global

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your Trust Center and documents remain accessible
  • Pro features (NDA gating, analytics, custom domain) become unavailable
  • If you exceed Free plan limits, you can still view existing content but can't add new items

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us at billing@trusteo.co within 30 days of purchase. We'll work with you to resolve any issues or process a refund.

Enterprise plans

For organizations needing unlimited resources, SSO, SLA guarantees, and dedicated support, contact us at sales@trusteo.co for a custom Enterprise plan.
